Patrick has been a critical part of a ground-breaking project that has helped O2 to set sail into a new strategic direction. The strategic intent to drive our business further than its mobile core was the starting point of the project that Patrick worked on. My task was to involve people that truly understood our intent, were grounded in customer insight and that could assess our intent against competitive commercial realities.
